On Friday the kids really wanted to set up our Christmas tree and we decided to spend some time setting up the tree. This is one of my favorite traditions, turning on the Christmas music and dancing with the kids while we set up the tree.
The kids were all really big helpers this year and wanted to pull the tree out of the box and help "fluff" the needles.
One thing you might notice missing is any Black Friday shopping pictures. Since we did Thanksgiving at our house, we did not have anyone to watch out kids in the morning and could not go out. However, a lot of the deals went up on late Wednesday night (after 10 pm), but since we were up late anyway, we snagged some awesome deals Wednesday night and then did a few more online things on Friday. Not quite as exciting as the usual Black Friday shopping trips, but we felt pretty successful. After decorating, we got ready and headed up to Morgan for Thanksgiving up there.
