We went to the 20 week appointment yesterday... Okay actually it was a 21 week appointment because for some reason Valley OBGYN does the ultrasound at 21 weeks instead of 20 weeks, weird right. In fact- side bar before the announcement, Dr. Cloward who has been Shantel's doctor for the other three kids moved from Legacy to Valley and it has been a deal. We have loved Dr. Cloward, but also we loved Legacy and Shantel has not really loved Valley. But it is our last baby and it seems hard to switch doctors now. For a long time Shantel really thought about it (but I think we are committed now).
So announcing that we are having....a baby girl! We are so excited. During the ultrasound they also told us that she has a beautiful aorta. It will be so fun to start talking about names.
On our way home after we picked up some pink silly string to tell the kids.
We are so grateful to be adding a little girl to our family and our excited for her to come and join our family.
