(Feels like) SPRING!

Man oh man. It's only February but the weather is beautiful! It's been warming up over the last couple of weeks, but I've been telling people not to get too excited because it's still winter and there's still lots of cold and snow to come. It doesn't even really feel like Winter has even fully hit. We've only had a handful of big-snow days and it's just early to get excited about spring weather.

But today, the sun was out and there was no denying that Spring was in the air! We quickly finished the things we were working on and spent the rest of the afternoon outside... with the rest of the neighborhood! I love where we live because of how many other kids there are to play with. This isn't any organized party, it's just what you get when the weather warms up and people start leaving their hibernation. During the winter, we don't see many people at all - but warm weather brings them out in spades.

There was an excitement in the air. Kids riding bikes, adults laughing together, the warm sun shining down. I know that Summer is still far away, but it feels like Spring and we are THRILLED!
