March Wrap Up

Just a few things from March.

Austin and I made Jello. Austin loves Jello and he also really loves helping in the kitchen and does a great job.

Shantel worked on some gardening/weeding with the kids and got peas planted.

We decided to try the game Cover your Assets with the kids and they loved it. Especially Austin, if he could, he would play it nonstop all day every day. During the month of March we (mostly Shantel and the kids and some with me too) probably played more than 150 rounds. It has been so much fun because Shantel and I love the game too. Although convincing Austin to do anything else is a huge challenge. It sometimes surprises us how well our kids just get things that we did not even know until we gave them the chance.

There have been a lot of jokes about how March has lasted forever with all the coronavirus stuff, and it has felt like a LONG month, but grateful for these joys in the circumstances.
