We celebrated Lydia's birthday this weekend. She turned 11 which means she got to have a friend party this year. We love Lydia so much and are so grateful to have her in our family. She is kind, helpful and hardworking. She also has a really great sense of humor.
She really wanted to invite over her entire softball team, and still be able to invite over her neighborhood friends. Shantel figured out a way to do a double party. A softball themed party at 1 with her team and then a party with the neighborhood kids at 3 (doing all the same activities - just not themed for softball).

Then they made cake balls inside. It was great that she got to get to know her teammates better.

Then she got to finish the night opening up presents from us and her siblings. I love these photos as each sibling jumped in for a photo and then they all jumped in. She is a great big sister.
Lastly, a giant Lydia snuggle in her bed that night.
