Here are some of the wonderful fall festivities we've had over the last month:
We had someone drop off donuts at our doorstep. We assumed it would be a dozen glazed donuts and when we opened it it had all these fancy halloween donuts. It was amazing! Thank you for the anonymous person who dropped them off.
We were also able to go to Morgan for pumpkin carving.
Lydia and Austin both worked hard on their pumpkins and Shantel helped Caleb with his Pumpkin. Both Austin and Lydia helped scrape out the pumpkin guts. Austin also helped me use the carving knife to carve out his jack-o-latern face. Shantel helped Lydia with a dog design.
Matt also had a virtual reality game that we got to try. Shantel loved it and she left thinking we needed a PS4.
We love being in Morgan and hanging out with the family. This picture was taken around 12 am. We were all just up chatting about life and laughing. There were multiple times we mentioned that we should go to sleep and then kept talking. We talked for another hour until about 1 am before reason finally set in that we had to go to sleep. It was worth staying up late. Those night conversations are what really bind you together as siblings. You can to really connect to each other and it is so good for your soul and your friendship with each other.
Lucy playing with Rugby (she loves that dog).
We love the fall season. We are so grateful that we were able to do some really fun things and see family.
